The Talent Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for facilitating the hiring process of contract employees for a complex or high-volume account by utilizing Fieldglass (VMS Tool) and managing the relationships between the client (hiring managers) and the approved vendors. This is a virtual role, but the selected candidate needs to live in the LA area.Duties & Responsibilities:

Requisition Creation and Order fulfillment

Broadcast job posting/requisition via tool.

Monitor daily progress of requisition and follow up accordingly.

Short List candidates and provide high quality candidates to hiring manager, and schedule interviews for hiring managers

Client, Program and Supplier Management

Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met.

Metrics include but are not limited to; successful fill rate, cycle time, rate compliance, hiring manager/client satisfaction.

Build customer and supplier relationships.

Drive adherence to customer policy and procedures.

Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide solutions.

Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues.

Technology Support

Support Technology implementations and updates.

Develop strong knowledge of VMS technology.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

Experience from the fields of Recruiting/HR Administrator or Customer Service or Project Specialist (on-boarding, off-boarding, screening, employment law).

Needs MSP experience.

Experience managing a high-volume manufacturing account

Strong management skills

Excellent verbal/written communications

VMS Fieldglass experience a plus

Proficient computer skills - internet, Windows environment, email, Microsoft Office and Web-based

Demonstrated time management skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment within a team.

Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs within the specific area of service.
