Length of Contract: 12 months, with a possibility of extensions

Location/Site: Los Angeles, CA 90089. 100 % Onsite. with a possibility of travel to various onsite locations.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:30PM

Pay Rate: $39.00

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning, installing, integrating, and validating of network software and hardware solutions.
  • Acquires and applies mature knowledge to its services and processes.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of team initiatives related to the voice network infrastructure, WAN, and wireless.
  • Resolves issues and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.
  • Applies learned skills to perform problem resolution across integrated platforms, systems, processes and departments.
  • Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience working as a VoIP technician.
  • In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
  • Knowledge of hardware endpoints.
  • Network layer 1 and punch down terminations on 110 block/patch panels
  • Time management skills.
  • Familiarity with remote support
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced writing and verbal communication skills.
