What is required:
-Experience in fast paced kitchen - Our AKM's are expected to work meal segments
-Salads, Fryer, Grill & Expo experience
-Ability to delegate and oversee prep
-Has superb organizational skills
-Ability to learn correct portions and and plating
-Able to order and receive from major food providers
-Proactive, punctual and a great communicator
-Must have at least 2 years experience as a Assistant Kitchen Management position in a fast paced restaurant
