Barista/ Food Prep (Century City)
We are a tiny cafe located in the business district of Century City right across from the Westfield mall. We are looking for a friendly personality that can work in a fast-paced environment. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri from 8am-2pm(temporary covid-19 hours), we'll go back to 8am-4:30 pm in the future, so you have weekends off! The perfect candidate is someone that will be comfortable making our coffee menu while also being able to take on some light food prep. Unfortunately, we do not provide parking.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-year coffee experience (if you don’t have the experience, we are willing to train the right person)
Has experience working in food prep (if you don’t have the experience, we are willing to train the right person)
Ability to stand for several hours at a time
Has a personable and friendly demeanor
A CA Food Handlers certificate or the ability to get one within 30 days post hire
The position is currently 30hrs +/- but that can change in the near future.
