Bouncer Needed
Bouncer needed for small neighborhood bar.
Responsible for keeping and maintaining a safe and peaceful atmosphere. Must have experience in security/bouncing and provide references. Guard card preferred but not required for immediate hire and willing to get Guard card in the future. Must be able to pass background check with no criminal history or alcohol related offenses.
Duties will include
Assisting bartender with checking ID’s
Monitoring parking lot and outdoor areas
Observe for any illegal activity on the property
Diffusing any altercations between customers including physical altercations
Helping clear glassware and wipe down tables
Assist bartender with front and back house duties such as stocking product, assist in making sure paper products are stocked in restrooms, help with overall cleanliness, assist with all closing duties.
Must be able to start immediately. Compensation will be hourly $15-$17/hour plus tips and based off of experience.
