The brand is multi-concept with upscale concepts that include Latin, Mediterranean, Japanese/Asian, Italian cuisines and New American/American-Gastropup fare - all with scratch made, market-driven menus. Corporate Executive Chef - New American Casual - Six Figure Salary DOE

LA based plus travel in the US and internationally. Must have previous multi-unit experience with mid-size to large quality-driven restaurant groups. Looking for a strong culinary background with overseeing high volume operations with strong systems.

Executive Sushi Chef Japanese Concept - up to $90k

Looking for a strong leader with ideally 5 years experience as sushi chef. Must have high volume experience and experience overseeing large teams. This person will have creative involvement with specials and menu changes. Please note this is NOT an omakase restaurant.

Chef de Cuisine - Mediterranean, Japanese, New American - Up to $70k - $90k DOE

Must have 4+ years of recent management experience in notable restaurants with high-volume, modern fine dining. Solid understanding of technique and fabrication. Strong background with administrative responsibilities including food/labor cost control, ordering, and inventory. Exceptional communication and leadership and skills.

Sous Chef - Latin, Mediterranean, Japanese, New American - Up to $50k - $60k DOE

Must have 2+ years of recent management experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens preferably in chef-driven/modern fine dining concepts. Must have experience with scheduling, ordering and inventory.
