Seeking dishwasher for temporary (end of March) work at Belcampo Meat Company downtown. Our restaurant and butcher shop is located inside of historic Grand Central Market, a popular destination for locals, tourists, and food enthusiasts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- cleaning of dishes, cookware, knives, and various kitchen equipment
- maintaining a tidy, safe dishpit
- following all health code regulations
- closing duties including sweeping, mopping, and equipment break-down
- some sidework and kitchen prep

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A reliable, dependable, hardworking individual with daytime availability and a great attitude to join our small, fun team. Must be available Monday through Thursday, 8am - 2pm, from March 25th - April 9th.
