The role of BOH Production Manager:
Must have strong leadership and staff development skills and be familiar with managing large teams of over 50+ as this person will be responsible for overseeing entire back of house. This is a fast paced role and will require high volume experience. The Production Manager's duties in a large part will focus on logistics and productivity and be involved in hiring, firing, schedules, projected sales, assist with labor reports, etc. The ideal candidate has a background with systems, the ability to multi-task and have a strong understanding of the product. Culinary education, good longevity in past positions and English/Spanish bilingual is preferred. $100k
The role of Assistant General Manager:
Looking for candidates with very high volume restaurant management experience. Must be used to managing a staff of over 100 people or more. The ideal candidate will be energetic and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Will be responsible for assisting with training, enforcing policies and procedures, overseeing the floor, and guest satisfaction. Must also be familiar with P&L and cost control. $65-85k
