Master Chef Guest Judge, Mario Christerna, is opening his first of four locations in his hometown of Boyle Heights, and looking for collaborative people to build & grow with our company, develop themselves professionally (lots of room for growth), and join us for this journey!
Our first location will be The Paramount renovating the longtime music and event venue to now include state of the art lighting & sound, chef-driven bar food, and hand-crafted cocktails.
We are looking for experienced:
Line Cooks
Bartenders
Cocktail Servers
Barbacks
with at least one year of experience in high-volume restaurants or nightclubs.
If you are passionate and curious about food and cocktails, truly care about guests experiences, take pride in your work, and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!
We will be hosting a job fair on Saturday 7/20 from 11am 4pm and
Monday 7/22 from 10am - 2pm at
