We’re Hiring: General Manager
Full-time, salary
You’ll Bring:
2+ years managing a bar (under 100 capacity)
Experience with POS systems, inventory, and cost control
Strong staff training & scheduling skills
Passion for LGBTQ+ culture and creating welcoming spaces
CA Food Handler & RBS certification (or willing to obtain)
Availability nights/weekends (we close at 2 AM)
You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations (bar, events)
Build schedules, manage inventory, verify breakage, work with vendors
Curate events (themed nights, special events, local sports league, fundraisers)
Maintain our reputation as a safe, fun neighborhood staple
We Offer:
Competitive salary ($55K–$75K Depends on Experience)
Health stipend after 90 days
