Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken in Burbank is hiring Cashiers for immediate start! Training and employment would begin immediately.
Additional Incentives:
- Throughout the year, we will be offering a "Critical Team Member" bonus of $500 per and via payroll assuming a team member completes 14 shifts during the payroll (for any team member that is interested). Note that a double counts as 2 shifts (thereby still allowing for days off) and also that, as per California wage and hour laws, you would be entitled to the commensurate overtime pay (1.5x or 2.0x) in addition to the incentive bonus.
Prior cashiering and/or serving experience is required. Gus's team members must be self-motivated, hardworking and focused individuals. This is a high-volume, fast-paced dining room that requires strong team members working together in a drama-free manner.
Our average sales generated per a single shift is approximately $1,000. High-performing employees will have the opportunity for promotions and raises.
