TANGAROA FISH MARKET + RAW BAR
Tangaroa has been a lovely family owned restaurant in culver city for 6 years, and is looking to bring cooks of all experience levels on board to join our team and expand! We are looking for line cooks, prep cooks, and fish mongers/fish prep for morning and afternoon shifts, Tuesday - Sunday. We are hiring all positions immediately!
Job duties include (line cook/prep cook) :
Standard prep
Line set up
Line service (line cooks)
Line break down
Standard nightly cleaning
Walk-in organization
Fish Monger / Seafood Prep duties and requirements:
Fluency in English
Ability to communicate and sell to customers
Basic familiarity with Toast POS system
Clean / filet various fish
Dress fish
Shuck oysters
Maintain visually appealing seafood case
Keep a tidy prep and market area
Keep seafood walk - in and freezer organized
