Newly Renovated Castaway Burbank is looking to build it BOH team. Work under the direction of Chef Perry Pollaci utilizing farmer's market direct produce, sustainable seafood, responsibly ranched meats, and a highly seasonal globally influenced menu. Candidates must possess all of the following qualities, skills, and training to be considered:

Kitchen Supervisor $20
Cook / banquets $17-19/hr (doe)
pastry cook $16-$18
pastry supervisor $20-$23 (doe)
