Small, dedicated staff looking to add professional, experienced line cooks to our team.
Please have at least 2 years of solid, verifiable work on a line in an established kitchen with references.
Be able to work the hot-line during brunch/lunch/dinner service.
Must have experience with preparing a wide variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Please have the following:
1. Experience of 2 years in a demanding kitchen
2. Have good knife skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Maintain a clean and organized work station
5. Experience with brunch, lunch and dinner menus
6. Using and maintaining all kitchen tools and equipment confidently.
Hourly pay rate is dependent on experience. Health Insurance is available after 60 days.
Part-time and Full-time opportunities are available.

If the Executive Chef is available he may conduct an interview on the spot. We are open daily starting at 11am on weekdays, 10am on weekends. Being a restaurant please visit during non-peak hours, generally between 230p -- 530p.
