El Segundo Brewing has opened a pizza focused restaurant to showcase its beers alongside a few guest taps and local wines. The vibe will be very family friendly as El Segundo is very much a town of local families. The menu will be a variety of pizzas, a few of which will be seasonally rotated. Our focus will be approachable food that is well sourced and executed extremely well.
Our kitchen will be open for both lunch and dinner. We are building a team for both the AM and PM shifts. The kitchen team will consist of dishwashers, prep, line cooks, and pizzaiolos. Pizza experience is a plus but not necessary. Please respond with your resume and availability. I will be conducting interviews ASAP.
