Line Cook:
2 + years experience in a fast paced kitchen.
Applicants should have good knife skills, self-motivated, have experience ordering product, a team player and a good foundation o f cooking.
Broiler Cook:
2+ years previous experience as a Broiler Cook on "live fire" in a busy and similar restaurant.
Pantry Cook:
1-2 years prior experience in a fast paced kitchen.
Applicants should good knife skills, ability to follow recipes, take direction and have a great attitude.
Prep Cook:
1+ years previous experience as a Prep Cook in a fast paced kitchen.
