Outstanding group with locations throughout LA is looking to enhance their culinary management team by adding a talented Sous Chef to the team. Candidates must have prior experience in high-volume, chef & technique driven upscale restaurants (required).
The Sous Chef role:
Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
Prior experience working in notable chef-driven, fine dining or upscale casual restaurants
Experience overseeing all administrative responsibilities
Be creative, reliable and hardworking with strong communications skills
$45k-55K DOE. Medical benefits offered
