FOR LINE COOKS:
TASKS THAT YOU WILL BE PERFORMING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Grill, cook, and fry foods - MUST KNOW HOW TO COOK TRADITIONAL MEXICAN FOOD
Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and cooking counters
Take orders from servers via written guest checks, and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements
Grill and garnish different types of meats, such as steaks and chicken
Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers

FOR DISHWASHERS, AND FOOD PREP, AND ALL OTHER POSITIONS THAT ARE OPEN:
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Keep the dish machine and dish area clean
Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
Load, run and unload dish washing machine
Wash and store all tableware, kitchenware, pots and pans
Handle tableware carefully to prevent to prevent breakage and loss
Bag and haul away dish room and kitchen trash to outside dump containers
Wash, peel and / or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving
Clean food preparation and production areas as required
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed and provide cooks with needed items
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School or equivalent education required
- Bilingual (Spanish and English preferred) w/ excellent communication skills
- Punctuality, regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Food Handlers Certificate required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Theses position offers a competitive hourly wage, and your hourly rate is based on your experience and skill. This position is a fast paced one, and requires many hours on your feet.
