Management Summary:
Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for daily operations and maintenance of the individual location. You are responsible for guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and food quality. Habit Burger Grill prides themselves on customer needs and experience.
Management Requirements:
Habit Burger Grill Managers are among the best in the industry and we strive to find the best candidates possible to work in our restaurants. The positions require candidates to have at least 2 years' restaurant management or supervisory experience.
Managing and leading the Team while achieving daily and weekly goals
Take on responsibilities as assigned
Interacting with guests to ensure positive guest service
High energy and enthusiasm
Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and initiative
Proven track record of success
Excellent communication skills
Occasional travel for meetings, conferences & training
