Looking for hard-working PREP Cook:
Seeking Highly-motivated, self starter & a hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Perform all hot line duties including frying
Knife skills a must
Restock and receive from vendors, maintain food supply in kitchen and take regular inventory
Maintain sink area in a clean orderly manner
Wash pots and pans and maintain floors and BOH areas
Assist with BOH sanitation & ensure health codes are followed
Maintain clean and organized storage areas
Ideal candidates will be available to work 3-4 shifts per week if not more, (where 2-3 shifts must be during our busy days of Thursday-Sunday (approx 1520 hours/week.) Starting Pay $12/hour or more based on experience.
