A Westside/LA-based restaurant group is looking for Shift Leads and Hourly Managers to join our team. We operate multiple concepts, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience, step into a larger role, or grow into multi-unit leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
Candidates with flexible schedules, including full weekend and evening availability.
Experience in restaurant operations (quick-service and/or full-service considered ideal).
Familiarity with FOH systems such as basic scheduling, inventory, maintenance, SOP compliance, and health department standards (training available for motivated learners).
A hospitality-driven mindset and commitment to excellent guest experience.
Willingness to work in a hands-on capacity—administrative tasks, guest service, cleaning, maintenance, and everything in between.
Compensation
Hourly based on experience + tips, with performance-based adjustments possible after 30/60/90-day reviews.
