Sous Chef, Line Cook, Dishwasher and Banquet Servers

Lakewood Country Club
Sous Chef Requirements:
Full Time position must have open availability
Ability to cook breakfast lunch and banquets
Able to work Clean and safe.
Knowledge of kitchen operations
Assists Executive Chef with management of kitchen and kitchen staff
1-2 staff management skills required
MUST PASS DRUG AND BACKGROUND CHECKS
Line Cook Requirements:
Flexible hours willing to work mornings, afternoons and nights
Ability to cook breakfast and lunch
Able to work clean and safe
General knowledge of kitchen operations
1-2 years experience preferred but not necessary will train
MUST PASS DRUG AND BACKGROUND CHECKS
Dishwasher Requirements:
Flexible hours willing to work mainly nights and weekends
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work space
General knowledge of dish washing operations
1-2 years experience preferred but not necessary will train

Banquet Server Requirements:
Must be able to work Friday and Saturday Evenings
1-2 years experience preferred but not necessary will train
