The Tripel is looking for a highly motivated and creative line cook. Reporting to the Sous Chef, this position will produce consistently excellent looking and tasting food.
Qualifications:
-Must have 3+ years of line cook experience in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to manage a team and multiple tasks
-Ability to facilitate and effectively execute training
-Ability to handle difficult/challenging situations and conversations
-Manager Servesafe Certification
-Ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus
-Ability to work 6+ hour shifts with the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
-Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs as needed
-Understanding of food sanitation and safety standards
-Self Starter/Self Motivator
-Consistent
