here at Dr. Chen office we strive to just heal people out the door and we are looking for a secretary, specifically a Clinic Secretary if you have experience and are interested feel free to e-mail or call. if you like to work in an environment with a homely feels this is the place.
Able to communicate to health insurance companies (calling to check insured name is covered)
-Bi-lingual is a plus in Spanish or Chinese (not necessary)
-Write medical records and updating progress notes (computer savvy/ Microsoft office ect)
-Experience with works comp, car accident reports, injuries
-Helping with marketing for the office
-Able to learn and adapt easily
-Good organization skills
-Medical recording experience is required no exceptions
