I am looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering quality care to each patient. Someone who believes that each patient regardless of age, ability, or diagnosis has untapped potential. This position would be most appropriate for someone who would like to pick up a little more work that is flexible.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating and diagnosing patients and creating a concise and specific plan of care that is customized to the patient
communicating that plan of care through EMR documentation (soap notes and progress notes)
periodic communications with doctors and pilates instructors
scheduling assigned patients based on your availability (looking for Tuesday and Friday Afternoon to evening and possibility weekends)
Requirements:
DPT or MPT as well as a valid and current CA PT license, Completion of or at least interest in completion of lower level Institute of Physical Art Courses (FM1, CFS and PNF)
Preferred: pilates training would be a plus
compensation commensurate with experience
