Hiring Front and Back Office Medical Assistant - 2 positions
Hiring for an Front Office Medical Assistant who has experience closing "cosmetic treatment sales".
Seeking an experienced Back Office Medical Assistant (at least 1 year BACK OFFICE experience) to join our medical team and assist our Surgeon with minor cosmetic procedures.
You will work at a private cosmetic surgery medical office in Beverly Hills, and with a fun, caring medical team. We are helping our patients feel their most healthy confident selves.
$17 for First 3 months plus overtime pay
Raise to $18/Hour after 3 months of employment plus overtime pay
$500 BONUS after 6 months

Schedule: 2-4 Saturdays each month: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Front Office Position: check in and check out patients, prepare quotes, explain after care, room patients, etc
Back Office Position: duties: room patients, take vitals, assist doctor during procedure, explain after care instructions to patients, update patient information in EHR, front desk work (checking in and checking out patients)
Qualifications:
-must be able to work Saturdays
-must have excellent attendance
-experience assisting surgical procedures is a plus
-superb communication skills
-at least 1 year medical assistant experience
