We are a small, high-end medical office on the Westside in search of a full-time medical/office assistant to join our team. Do you have a friendly personality, a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic? If so, we would like to meet you!
Your responsibilities will include interacting with patients over the phone and in person, assisting the doctor with minor medical procedures, and any other tasks that need to be done in order to provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
You will work very hard, in a warm and supportive team environment where everyone pulls their weight. As we are a small office, it is essential that you are able to multi-task. You will learn new skills and have the opportunity for personal and financial growth if you are self-motivated. Medical experience is NOT necessary, but customer service experience is desirable.
