Necessary Requirements:
*Resume
*At least one year of professional experience as a Caregiver but will train others
*Two forms of ID such as Driver's License, State ID, Passport, social security card.
*Physical Examination and TB Test within last year
*Valid CPR Card
*Two Professional References within the healthcare field
* Clean Background/ Live Scan
*AUTHORIZED TO WORK in the US.
*If you have FBI Live Scan Fingerprint clearance, that would be an advantage.
* If you are a CNA/CHHA that would be a bonus
* Assisted Living Facility Experience!!
