Rose's Agency Home Care is in need of LVN's who can assist with private post-op care for clients traveling to the LA area as well as local residents that undergo surgery. Clients will be gotten from the surgery center and sent home and receive the private care directly following the procedures. Used assessment skills to identify further care needs and evaluate patient's health status. Document and record patients progress accurately and in accordance with national practice standards.
All shifts are available. Jobs will be located throughout the LA area.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed LVN.
Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile.
Current negative TB test
Current CPR certificate is recommended
HCA registry
Valid form of Photo ID/Drivers License
Job Description:
Performs activities of daily living (ADL's) which include (but are not limited to)
Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom, using bedpan or commode, bathing/showering, oral hygiene, skin care)
Ambulation
Dressing
Assist with feeding
Preparing meals .
Performs light housekeeping which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry and cleaning bathrooms. (all to ensure the home is clean and safe)
Medication reminders
Grocery shopping/ Errands
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
