EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a small cleaning company or team with experience in hotel or vacation rental cleaning. We are not looking to hire individuals. This work requires a team.

We have several 2 bedroom apartments in a nice building in Beverly Hills, CA. We are looking to hire a cleaning and check in team or cleaning company who can do ALL 3 of these duties:

1- Check in guests (meet & greet)

2- Clean the units

3- Run errands to the unit; (when necessary)

1- Check In meet and greet

Make appointment, meet at building, greet, and check in new guests. (regular check in is between 3pm-12am. (Most check ins are around 3-5pm. Some rare ones are past 12am for an additional payment to you)

2- Cleaning:

Cleaning are done via a stringent checklist. You must also let us know when items need to be ordered as part of our room inventory during the cleaning.

Typically 2-3 cleanings a week per unit. Each cleaning takes about 3 hours. It is like a hotel. Room needs to be made to look extremely clean and organized. Beds made perfectly. Linens and towels washed in building washer/dryer. Cleanings must start shortly after 11am. Must be available 7 days a week.

3- Errands

Troubleshoot and solve guest problems in the unit

Running light errands like picking up supplies at the store.

Light handyman duties like clogged toilets

Wifi/Internet Issues that cant be solved over the phone

Key/door lockout issues

For the immediate emergency errands, you must have a car and be able to be at the property in short notice. Some errands will have a 24 hour advance notice but some will be emergency situations. Hours vary throughout the day. Must have a flexible schedule 7 days a week.

EXPERIENCE

MUST have experience in professional cleaning. Vacation rental cleaning & hotel cleaning experience is preferred.

RELIABILITY & QUICK COMMUNICATION are the top qualifications. You must be the type of person who ALWAYS has their phone and CONSTANTLY checks text messages, emails, and phone calls. If you are not reliable, can not be reached easily, and do not return texts/calls immediately, this is not for you.

PAY:

$100/per cleaning for each 2 bedroom unit

$40/per meet and greet check in up to 12am. $80 for 12am-2am

$20/hour for ground manager and miscellaneous errands.
