Cleaner for Long Beach Kitchen Rental Plaza
Job Description:
A restaurant plaza in Long Beach has 20 rentable commercial kitchens, two restrooms, and a shared courtyard. We are looking for a reliable person to manage basic daily operations. This position involves handling tenant issues, cleaning, opening and closing the facility, and maintaining all kitchen areas and shared spaces. The role is responsible for the entire plaza.
Responsibilities:
Address simple tenant requests or issues
Clean all kitchen units, restrooms, and the courtyard
Open and close the facility each day
Ensure the overall cleanliness and order of the plaza
Requirements:
Able to communicate in basic English
Must have valid work authorization (W-2 check payment)
Must live within a 20-minute driving distance
Responsible and able to work independently
Compensation:
4 hours per day, $20 per hour
7 days a week
Monthly base salary: $2,400
Additional $100 per month per rented kitchen
