Employee Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Landscape Maintenance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in using power equipment such as lawnmower, edge trimmer, and hedge trimmer.
Complete a background screen with employer and employer clients. No criminal record, no DUI, clean background is necessary.
Monitor and repair irrigation systems.
Communicate daily with Foreman.
Fill out daily report of maintenance and time sheets.
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently enough to read, comprehend and complete required driver or regulatory forms and reports, employment forms, read and interpret road signs. Depending on geographic location, may be required to speak fluent Spanish.
Respectful to pedestrians and other staff members on site.
Frequently lift up to 50lbs.
Valid Driver License
Pay $15.00 per hour.
Knowledge of plant type and care
