About Us:
AG Millworks is an established door manufacturing company located in Ventura, CA. We create custom, luxury patio doors and are looking to fill our On-Site Technician Support position to assist with installations and service repairs in the field.
As an On-Site Technician Support, you will train with the Service Team and this position provides future opportunity to be more independent. We will provide training! The role involves traveling in a company vehicle to conduct repairs throughout California. Some training will take place at our Ventura location, with the remainder hands-on in the field.
Experience with repairs, woodworking, or working with tools is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Se habla Español. Nosotros entrenamos.
Requirements:
Willing and able to stand for an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Occasional out-of-town trips: the service team travels to Northern California once a month for 3–4 days. All expenses are covered by the company.
