We are a Property Management Company, with properties throughout Southern California. We are looking for a technician that will service our properties in the Los Angeles County. The Plumbing Service Technician will apply their technical skills and knowledge in performing diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments and ensure that work is performed in accordance with relevant codes. Responsibilities include assembling, installing or repairing pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems in accordance with plumbing code specifications.
Responsibilities:
Support field operations by responding to service calls and assisting with troubleshooting issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.
