We are seeking two experienced Telecom Engineers to become an integral part of our team! You will start helping with cable and related equipment installation at our customer's site. Then you will be managing projects as onsite technician. The position is for temp to hire. We will discuss employment status after 3 months. Minimum 36 hours per week is guaranteed.
Minimum 2 years of experience is required. We are seeking workers who want to pursue their carrier seriously in the telecom industry.
Compensation will be increased anytime you show significant improvement.
Responsibilities:
Install cable and related equipment/material and maintenance of our sales products
Investigate customer's trouble issues and design appropriate solutions and pursue
Order and maintain inventory stock supplies and tools
Report daily progress to your supervisor and process Work Order sheets
Manage projects
Qualifications:
MUST BE ABLE TO GO TO BUSINESS TRIPS between 3 days to 3 weeks.(company will pay travel/accommodation/per diem)
(It is a plus if you can travel often as 2 weeks per month.)
Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or IT related fields is a plus
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player / Open to veterans
CA Driver's License / Clean record is a plus
Knowledge of the Japanese language and culture is a BIG PLUS
Need to be able to go over the ceiling to install cables
Must be able to follow precise instructions
Must be responsible and reliable
Must be honest

Conditions:
Work hour varies day to day depending on the project (includes night shifts)
Must be able to work on weekends / a few times a month at the most
