Position: Associate Attorney
Location: West Covina, CA (In-office position)

What You'll Do:
Handle pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Regularly communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Review and organize medical records and bills
Draft demands and negotiate settlements
Help develop and improve internal systems and processes
What We’re Looking For:
A California-licensed attorney in good standing
At least 1 year of experience in personal injury preferred, but not required. We can train the right person.
Excellent writing and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
