Responsibilities:
Represent clients throughout all stages of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation
Take and defend depositions
Handle written discovery, motions, and court appearances
Draft and review a wide range of litigation documents and motions
Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships
Qualifications (Required):
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Salary: 110,000 to $130,000 plus commission on settled cases
