Century City Law firm serving corporate transactional and business litigation clients seeks attorney that practices in corporate business law. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience. The firm is seeking candidates who are high performing, growth oriented and committed to excellence. The firm’s clientele includes tech startups, as well as traditional businesses. The firm typically forms companies and handles commercial transactions including financings and M&A. This is a great opportunity to do Big Law work in a family-friendly, entrepreneurial, smaller-firm environment. The billable hour expectation is 1,600 per year.
