Job Duties:
-Handle court appearances in both felony and misdemeanor state court
-Handle case for entire life cycle (arraignment - post-conviction)
-Motion/pleading drafting
-Client management (client meetings and updates)
-Discovery review and case strategy
-Jail visits
-Must be able to handle all aspects of felony cases from arraignment to trial
