Family Law Associate Attorney Needed for Boutique Beverly Hills Law Firm
We are a boutique law firm located in Beverly Hills that is looking for a highly motivated recent law school graduate to join our firm as a family law junior associate attorney!
The ideal candidate has at least one year of professional work experience in family law, or has very strong writing skills and is highly motivated to learn about and practice family law. Family law litigation requires excellent time management, organization skills, multitasking ability, and self-motivation. Applicants should be computer savvy, and very comfortable with Microsoft Word and working with Adobe PDF files.
Duties
The duties for the position will include: meeting with clients to prepare initial filings, letter drafting, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, case management, legal research and memo drafting, preparation of requests for orders and other pleadings, preparation of discovery requests and responses, preparation of subpoenas, assistance with depositions, review of evidence, assistance with trial preparation, preparation of judgments, and working together with a team of fellow staff and attorneys.
