Busy and quickly growing plaintiffs' employment law firm is seeking a paralegal with 2+ years of employment litigation experience. Hire will be responsible for, among other things:
Preparing discovery requests and responses;
Preparing civil case coversheets, summons and other documents for filing;
Researching local and court rules and contacting court clerks for filing requirements;
Drafting deposition notices, objections, notices of rulings and meet and confer correspondences;
Maintaining the firm's litigation calendar;
Drafting TOA/TOC;
Filing documents in state and federal court;
Filing for DFEH and EEOC right to sue notices;
Filing PAGA notices;
Filing demands for arbitration;
Filing complaint with the California Labor Commissioner;
