Small Event Company located in Los Angeles in need of an assistant. Must be able to start ASAP.

Must be able to work calm under pressure, flexible, reliable, great phone service with confidence, professionalism and warmth
Experience in event planning (Weddings, Bar Mitzvah and Corporate) (1 year minimum preferred)
Must have access to car
Ability to multi-task
Ability to lift and move 20lbs.
Part-Time: 3-4 days a week and on weekends when necessary; and some late nights
Could lead to full time position
Must be local to Beverly Hills/ West LA
Professional Appearance is required
Must be fluent in English
RESPONSIBILTIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO
Manage Event Calendar, Work with Clients and Vendors
Preparation for Events: Set-up and Breakdown
On Site Assistance
Miscellaneous Admin
Computer Skills and Social Media Marketing( photoshop, illoustrator, sketch up )
Have an eye for décor
Creative and be able to think outside of the box
Must be organized
Interested in learning the evet business
