We are a trucking and freight broker company looking for an accounting clerk.
Our office handles numerous transactions and paperwork on a daily basis. Your duties will include the following but not limited to:
- filing and organizing customer and vendor records
- entering vendor bills to the system
- creating invoices, checks for vendors, contractors
- send invoices & send collection emails periodically/ timely to customers
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD! ALL OTHER APPLICANTS WILL BE IGNORED!
Job Hours: 10AM-2PM or 9AM-1PM / Monday through Friday
Pay: $15.00 / hour
Required experience:
Billing / Accounting in Trucking / Logistics / Freight: 1 years
Quickbooks: 1 year
