Duties:
Support the accounting department with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices, reconciliations, bank deposits, and data entry.
Administrative support such as faxing, scanning, filing and recordkeeping
May also be asked to help with reception, phones, etc.
Requirements:
1 year of basic accounting experience within the last 3 years of work history
Basic math skills
Attention to detail
Microsoft Office proficiency
Quickbooks or related software skills
