CPA Firm located in Pasadena seeks an experienced administrative assistant/receptionist. In addition to the performing general administrative functions, you will also provide direct support to the accounting staff.
Duties include:
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Answering phones and email
Maintaining confidentiality of information
Filing and scanning documents
Assembling tax returns
Running business errands
Maintaining general office
Qualifications include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to interact with clients in a pleasant and professional manner
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
Must have prior office administrative experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
The ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate at a high level is mandatory for this position.
