Sewing Collection Inc. is the premier distributor of packaging supplies across the U.S. We are currently searching for a Administrative Logistics Coordinator based out of our home location in Vernon, CA.

Who Are You?

We are in search of an energetic and professional individual to provide support in areas such as Operations and Client Management. You must possess excellent written and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities:

- Highly-organized and a high level of attention to detail – this cannot be over-emphasized!

- Ability to clearly and directly communicate with internal/external teams to ensure proper execution of deliveries for purchase orders

- Ability to follow-through with projects from start to finish

- Ability to track inbound and outbound schedules across several locations

- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

- Maintenance of a professional demeanor and reliability

- Must possess a sense of urgency

- Contribute to a collaborative and efficient workplace environment

- Quickly and efficiently resolve issues as they arise
