Our client relations department is seeking a BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) client relations associate. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years solid experience in client relations with a proven tract record. Knowledge with client relations tactics in being able to successfully maintain client retention. The prospective candidate should be familiar in computer programs and self-manageable. Must have great communication skills, well maintained professional appearance, great multi-tasker, self starter and the ability to get things done. An individual who can problem solve and figure things out on their own.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires at least 3 years solid experience in client relations
