Position: Dispatcher needed for a construction company.
Location: Pico/Robertson, CA
Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (Sundays are remote)
Duties:
1. Speaking with customers prior to appointments to build rapport and prepare for the sale.
2. Collecting detailed information: measurements, pricing, product types, and required customizations.
3. Understanding customer needs and guiding them accordingly.
4. Transferring leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
5. Working directly with the sales team’s scheduling system.
Requirements:
1. 1+ year experience as a Dispatcher in the construction field.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Ability to work with potential clients and sales team.
4. Must have telemarketing experience.
6. Sales experience is a plus!
7. Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment, and quick learner.
8. Spanish is a plus.
9. Experience with CRM.
Pay: $5,000-$8,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.
