Description Shipping Clerk -Intl_Domestic We are seeking a shipping clerk with both domestic and international shipping experience to work in the Hollywood/Los Angeles area.
**Domestic Shipping responsibilites--
Verify stock items pulled
Process / Invoice Domestic Shipments in Microsoft AX system
Online bookings with FedEx, UPS, and Freight Forwarders
Building Boxes
**International Shipping responsibilities --
Verify stock items pulled
Process / Invoice International Shipments in Microsoft AX system
Preparing Commercial Invoices and necessary International shipping documents for customs clearance
Online bookings with FedEx, UPS, and Freight Forwarders
Building Boxes
Requirements
Key experience / ability in candidates:
At least 1-2 years' experience with International and Domestic Shipping (must be recent experience)
General understanding of Incoterms, commodity/HTS codes, Import/Export terminology
Extreme attention to detail
Capable of working in a fast pace environment
Able to lift up to 20lbs
MUST speak English
