A Leading Creative Agency on the Westside is seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be the main support for a Mergers & Acquisitions executive, managing their complex schedule, coordinating travel, and acting as the gatekeeper for incoming correspondence. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited University or College
2-3+ years of administrative experience
Previous agency experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Meticulous attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, meeting all deadlines
Dependable and resourceful with strong follow-up skills
Discretion and maturity in regards to sensitive information
